ENRICO'S BRAZIL

Såo Paulo, 5:50 AM. Gisele is ready to leave her house to go open the kindergarten in the ex-slum of Nova Esperança. In Belo Horizonte, the women of Coopersoli are dividing last night's garbage. In Recife, the mothers of Dois Unidos neighbourhood take their children to Vale do Senhor to keep them away from the streets. In Salvador de Bahia, Genival grabs his walking stick to go to the Music Lab in the Blind's Institute of Bahia. Everyday, hundreds of persons participate in the life of organizations which are extraordinary, but born from the effort of common people. Organizations which for 20 years had the support, friendship and encouragement of a special man. This documentary is a trip which follows the important heritage of Enrico Giusti, "knight of hope".
